Opened, loaded or not: you can return your orb within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How it works
Email us with your order number. We send you a prepaid US return label the same day. Once the orb is back with us, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What about the video I put on it?
We wipe every returned orb before anything else happens to it. Your files are never viewed or kept.
Gifts
If you received the orb as a gift, we can refund to a store credit instead so the giver is not notified.
