30-day free returns

You can return your keeplight orb within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, whether it has been opened, loaded with your videos, or not.

How to return

Email us with your order number. We send a prepaid US return shipping label the same day. Pack the orb in its box and drop it off.

Refunds

Once the orb arrives back with us, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Your files

Every returned orb is wiped before anything else happens to it. Your videos and photos are never viewed, copied or kept.

Damaged on arrival

If the orb arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we ship a replacement at no cost.
