Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by keeplight. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the gift box. Bundle prices show the real sum of single prices struck through; we do not invent discounts.

We confirm every order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund it in full and tell you why.

See our Refund policy: 30-day free returns, opened or not.

The videos and photos you load onto the orb stay yours. We never access them.

Questions about these terms: email us at the address in the footer.
